As I said earlier, I did heaps of research to get to this point.
I was sick of being unwell and was determined to get healthy.
I had actually given up ever getting back to my old weight ( I have no willpower over food at all), so that didn’t figure in my goals at all. When I discovered I’d lost 6kgs after 10 days, I was in (a pleasant) shock - I didn’t even realize it. There was no effort on my part at all to achieve this. No calorie counting either. I’m not very good at maths and numbers :-)
My research showed that it was toxicity (and a poor diet) that was causing my problems, and keeping me feeling generally unwell. I used to pick up everything going round - every bug, every virus, and I’d suffer with it twice as long as anyone else, what’s more.
So, I got rid of the toxins, increased my nutrient intake (massively) and - no more sickness.
